Bliss balls preparation is a tactile experience. Simply add to, blitz and mix the dough until your desired consistency, taste and texture are achieved. If it’s too sticky and won’t hold it’s shape add more dry ingredients, if it’s too crumby add some nut/seed butter or even a teaspoon or two of oil (eg: flax seed oil, apricot kernel oil, coconut oil, sesame oil, almond oil, avocado oil)
Change it up: Substitutions and additions can be swapped in or out based on your preference.
